Kelly Moura comes to the Sarbanes Center with nearly three decades of administrative and operations experience across the private and public sectors, including over eleven years on Capitol Hill working in both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, and key day-to-day office management responsibilities at two D.C.-based government affairs firms. Drawing on these roles and her work with numerous political campaigns across the country from the local to the presidential level, Kelly has developed a robust skill set in managing office logistics and other organizational challenges for the benefit of continuous workplace improvement.
Originally from Massachusetts, Kelly graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and received her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from American University in Washington, DC.
